COVID-19 RESPONSE: We are offering curbside services just give us a call when you arrive and we can come to you and get your pup. Please be honest with your groomer if you or anyone in your household is experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, waiting on test results,or have been in contact with anyone who is positive. Your safety and ours is our number one priority. Blessings and hugs to your family and our furry friends.

*We do not handle more than one or two families at a time and therefore do NOT kennel or provide any daycare service. We always give a 30 minute pick up window and give notice before pet is ready. A charge of $1 per minute for late pick up will be charged unless agreed upon prior to drop off.

*All payments are due at the time of service. Acceptable forms of payment are cash or check. If a check bounces for ANY reason the full amount and incurred charges from the bank will be added onto your account to be paid in cash.

No-Show/Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to keep your appointment please call/text/ or message us on facebook 24hrs prior to your appointment time. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the grooming fee upon the next appointment. I do one on one appointments only therefore I have to keep to a schedule. If you know you are running behind, please give me as much notice as possible so I can accommodate you to the best of my ability.

No Sedation Policy: I will not groom any pet that is under any sedation or medication that makes the animal drowsy unless agreed upon PRIOR to booking the appointment, and I have discussed it with your veterinarian. This includes over the counter drugs such as Benadryl and vet prescribed medications. This is for the safety of both the pet and myself. As a groomer, I do not have the equipment to monitor a pet that has been sedated. Also, pets that have had mild forms of sedation are more prone to being unpredictable which leads to injuries for both parties.

Matted Pet Policy: If your pet is matted, it will be discussed at the time of the appointment. Please be aware of the issues that come along with having a matted pet. When removing the matts from the animal, old wounds can be revealed, as well as infections, and in severe cases parasites such as fleas or maggots. Other skin irritations can occur. Minor swelling, redness, flaky skin, bald patches, bruising, and hematoma are all POSSIBLE occurrences after matt removal. Your pet may also be sore depending on the degree of the matting. My job is make the process as comfortable as possible for the animal. When it comes to severe cases of matting, I will do what is the safest and least painful for the pet and then try to accomplish the style of your choice.

Veterinary Care Policy: If I feel that your pet needs to be seen by a veterinarian while in my care, I will rush them to the nearest Veterinary office. If the injury in question was caused by myself, I will cover the expenses. If the injury or illness was caused prior to the grooming service, the expenses will be placed under your name. If a health problem appears with your pet within a 12 hour period after grooming, please contact me immediately so we can discuss the issue and possible causes. Any issues after that time, I cannot be held directly liable if the situation wasn't brought to my attention quickly.

Unhappy Groom Policy: If you are unsatisfied with how your pet's groom turned out please call me within 48 hours of the appointment so that I can correct the haircut to your liking. All groom corrections are guaranteed to be re-done by me within a week of the initial appointment.
