About our Employees:
Danielle Bourg owner/groomer for Your Furry Godmother. I personally have been grooming for 10 years and specialize in working with aggressive, nervous, and geriatric dogs. I will give every dog a chance. In a one on one environment, it allows the dog and groomer to develop a trusting bond because of the one-on-one attention. I believe it is very important to remain current in my education by attending at least two large conferences a year where many topics and latest news/techniques are observed. I have certifications through the National Dog Groomer's Association Of America in my Non-Sporting and Terrier breeds. I'm also one of the few Certified Pet Aesthetician's in the state of Texas, meaning I Restore the Skin to optimal health. I have been in the pet grooming industry since I was 16 and started off as a simple brusher/bather in a high end salon. I have had several wonderful teachers and mentors over the years who all had different areas of expertise as I further my skill, techniques, and education.
